Not only do we create pillow inserts, we also create jobs for hard working Americans in Dalton, GA.
Our pillows are made from high quality virgin and recycled HSC (Hollow Silconised Conjugated) Polyester Staple Fiber.
The pillow shells are made from virgin PP (Prolypropylene) non-woven fabric.
We also offer Down Inserts which are made from 95% White Duck feather and 5% White Down.
We can not only out compete our competitors on quality and price, but we can also deliver most order below 1000 pieces right away. We have 3 pillow filling machines and 6 sewing machines that manufacture our pillows. If your order is larger than 5000 pieces, we will quote you a lead time (LT) that will be agreed upon with both parties. The LT is usually within 1-2 weeks as we can produce about 10000 pieces per week.
